Accessibility Statement

Oakmeres, operated by Mori Select UG (haftungsbeschränkt), is committed to making its website usable for as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We continue to work on improving the accessibility of our website for all visitors.

Our Goal

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, wherever reasonably possible. Our online store is built on the Wix platform, which provides accessibility features and tools, and we review our pages to improve their usability.

What We Do

• We use clear page structures with headings, so content is easier to navigate.

• We provide text alternatives for meaningful images where possible.

• We aim for sufficient colour contrast and readable text sizes.

• We aim to make the main parts of the shop usable with a keyboard.

• We aim to make the website work with common assistive technologies, such as screen readers.

• We design the website to adapt to different screen sizes and devices.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the website may not yet be fully accessible. For example, some product images supplied by manufacturers may not have complete text descriptions, and some third-party content or services, such as payment pages, are outside our control. We are working to improve these areas.

Feedback and Contact

If you have trouble using any part of our website, or if you have suggestions on how we can improve its accessibility, please contact us. Tell us the page you were on and the problem you had, and we will do our best to help you or provide the information in another way. We aim to reply within 1 to 2 business days.
